Well this show was a real bummer. There were about 5 jewelry designers there and none of us did good. Actually NO VENDOR did very good. Not many people the first day, the 2nd day was better but no one seemed inclined to spend any money. I sold 2 necklaces and 1 pair of earrings. Maybe because the economy sucks again this year. Gas prices are higher - people cannot afford anything. I learned that I need more lighting and a better way to display the necklaces. My "thrift store" find was a big hit - but was better suited for bracelets, then necklaces. Well maybe next weekend's show will be better. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.....
